Clydebank Mortgage Matters are one of the leading mortgage brokers in the West of Scotland, providing free expert mortgage and property advice across the whole of the market. We were established in 2003 and have a wealth of experience in the mortgage market.

We help first time buyers to get on to the property ladder, and we help home-movers to buy and sell.

Even if you aren’t moving, we can simply find you a better deal than one you might be on with your existing lender. If you fancy becoming a property landlord then we can advise you on that as well. If you want to release equity from your home, we can provide you with advice on that. We are one of the few firms who hold specialised qualifications to provide advice on Lifetime Mortgage (sometimes known as Equity Release mortgages) which are designed specifically for the over 55’s.

Independent Financial Advisers

As Independent Financial Advisers we act solely for our clients. Many mortgage brokers, and all banks & building societies are representative of only one or at most a small panel of companies, and are legally representing them, NOT YOU!

Free Mortgage Advice

Many mortgage brokers will charge you a fee for arranging your mortgage. Unless your mortgage is less than £60,000 then we will not, and we don’t charge for advising on Lifetime Mortgages. We get paid from the lenders that we arrange your mortgage through – lenders all pay roughly the same amount so you can be assured that you are getting truly independent and unbiased advice.
